Tier 1:
This is a short term program generally
used for students who have violated the discipline
policy. One to ten days are assigned and students
continue to work on class assignments.
Tier 2:
This tier is designed for students who have violated
the discipline policy at one of the consortium schools.
Length of stay is generally 30-90 days. Students
are given assessment tests and assigned clipboards using
the Advanced Learning System (ALS) computerized program.
These students also receive education in life and social
skills.
Tier 3:
This program is designed for students who
are at risk of not graduating with their class. These students use the ALS program to earn needed
credits in order to receive a diploma from their home
school.
